Ingredients (1 medium pizza, 2 servings):

Crust:

⦁ 500 g (1 lb) ground beef or chicken

⦁ 1 egg

⦁ 50 g (2 oz) shredded cheese

⦁ Pinch of salt

Toppings:

⦁ 100 g (3.5 oz) shredded cheese (mozzarella or cheddar)

⦁ Slices of bacon, pepperoni, or ham

⦁ 1 egg yolk drizzle (optional, for “sauce”)

Instructions:

Crust

⦁ Preheat oven to 200 °C / 390 °F.

⦁ Mix ground meat with egg, cheese, and salt.

⦁ Press flat into a pizza shape on parchment paper.

⦁ Bake 12–15 minutes until set.

⦁ Toppings

⦁ Sprinkle with cheese.

⦁ Add bacon, pepperoni, or ham slices.

⦁ Return to oven for 5–7 minutes until cheese melts and toppings crisp.

⦁ Finish

⦁ Drizzle egg yolk over the hot pizza for richness.

⦁ Slice and serve like a classic pizza.
