Ingredients (for 2 burgers):

Cheese Buns:

⦁ 4 eggs

⦁ 150 g (5 oz) shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)

⦁ 1 tbsp pork rind powder (optional, makes firmer buns)

Patties:

⦁ 400 g (14 oz) ground beef (80/20 fat ratio works best)

⦁ Salt

Toppings:

⦁ 4 slices bacon

⦁ 2 slices cheese

⦁ 2 fried eggs

Instructions:

Cheese Buns

⦁ Preheat oven to 200 °C / 390 °F.

⦁ Whisk eggs and mix with shredded cheese (add pork rind powder if using).

⦁ Pour into two round molds on parchment paper.

⦁ Bake 12–15 minutes until golden and set.

Patties

⦁ Form ground beef into two thick patties.

⦁ Season with salt and grill or pan-fry to preferred doneness.

Toppings

⦁ Fry bacon until crispy.

⦁ Place a slice of cheese on each patty to melt.

⦁ Fry two eggs sunny side up.

Assembly

⦁ Bottom cheese bun → beef patty with melted cheese → bacon → fried egg → top cheese bun.
