⦁ 400 ml heavy cream (35%)
⦁ 2 tbsp butter (for browning)
⦁ 2 tbsp gelatin (powder)
⦁ A pinch of salt
⦁ Brown the butter in a pan over low heat until it turns golden brown and gives off a caramel scent.
⦁ Heat the cream in a separate pot until it almost boils.
⦁ Add the browned butter and stir until smooth.
⦁ Dissolve the gelatin in a little water and add to the mixture.
⦁ Pour into glasses or small molds.
⦁ Leave to set in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
